Estate wine is poured from our own cellar, and we welcome your choice of spirits and beer through an approved BYO arrangement. Ask your event manager for the current corkage terms.
Capacity depends on location and format, from an intimate 60-guest dinner in the Wine Cellar to a 180-guest seated reception in the Cottage Vineyard. Your event manager will help match numbers to location.
Yes. Wedding parties can book out our on-estate cottages for the weekend, so getting ready, the reception and the after-party all happen without anyone needing to drive home.
The Pavilion is our wet-weather answer, an open-sided reception space built for a Hunter Valley summer, so your day goes ahead as planned under cover without losing the view.
Yes, styling, catering and photography are open to your own suppliers. We can also share a list of vendors who know the estate well if that helps.
Popular dates, especially spring and autumn weekends, are often booked 12 to 18 months out. Get in touch early and we will hold a provisional date while you decide.
